Shipping policy

Standard shipping options start at $12.50. All orders over the free shipping threshold will incur no additional shipping costs. 

Typically an order is dispatched within the next 1-3 business days and shipping time will vary depending on your location. Typically, metro deliveries will arrive between 1-3 business days by standard post. Express post options are calculated on weight at checkout. Please select this option if you wish for a faster delivery. 

All shipping is packaged in paper based biodegradable material. If there is any additional preferences such as gift wrapping, please leave this in the notes section or contact us for additional options. 

Wholesale orders are dispatched per order with committed lead times depending on the items. Please email sales@herbalcraft.com.au should you have further queries. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. See Returns and Refunds for more information.
