These Royal Chrysanthemum flowers are spectacular for taste and appearance. Approximately 5cm dried they will expand up to 10cm to fill a tea pot. Floral and earthy, the natural brew has a faint honey sweetness and light fragrance. The flowers are packed with nutrients and are a great tea to serve with a fancy meal to better digest the oil and ease a comfortable digestion.
Chrysanthemums clear heat, improve eye health, and calm the liver. A great brew hot or chilled (steeped and then add ice), it's a great tea for all year round. Commonly the Chrysanthemum is paired with Goji Berries and Ophiopogon Root or Solomon's Seal for an all rounded health benefit. For other florals and to add a beautiful pink colour, this can also be brewed with the Hibiscus Flower.
